Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Please note: customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are not included in the order total.

Therapy cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Processing & Delivery

Our hoodies and t-shirts are currently available on a pre-order basis. Items will be dispatched at the end of May / beginning of June. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery typically takes 5 working days (7 calendar days), depending on your location.

During high-demand periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective or incorrect items.

Please review product details carefully before ordering.

Faulty or Damaged Items
