Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Please note: customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are not included in the order total.

Therapy cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Processing & Delivery

All items are in stock and ready to ship.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.

Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days in France, and 7 to 14 business days internationally.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, simply send us an email at therapy@therapy.fr
and ship the item(s) back to our address. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
